Print Order Terms & Conditions

These Print Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all print orders initiated through the Builderhead platform by the customer (“Customer”), processed via the Grano Mylly system, and delivered by Grano.

1. Parties

  1. Builderhead Oy (“Builderhead”)
    • VAT ID: 2951899-7
      Builderhead is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider offering tools for managing project documents and facilitating the transmission of print orders to Grano.
  2. Grano Oy (“Grano”)
    • VAT ID: 2197935-0
      Grano is the printing service provider responsible for fulfilling, producing, and invoicing the print orders.
  3. The Customer is the organization or individual placing the print order via the Builderhead platform.

2. Role of Builderhead

  1. Builderhead acts solely as an intermediator between the Customer and Grano.
  2. Builderhead does not provide printing services and is not responsible for the manufacturing, quality, pricing, delivery, or invoicing of printed materials.
  3. Builderhead’s responsibility is limited to:
    • forwarding Customer-selected files and order information to Grano, and
    • providing digital access to project documentation.

3. Pricing & Invoicing

  1. Grano will invoice the Customer directly in accordance with the pricing agreement between Grano and the Customer.
  2. Builderhead is not a party to the pricing agreement and does not participate in invoicing, billing disputes, or payment collection.
  3. Any questions related to pricing, invoicing, or payment must be handled directly with Grano.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring:
    • the correctness and print readiness of all files submitted,
    • the accuracy of order details (quantities, formats, specifications, recipients, etc.),
    • compliance with all applicable laws and rights (e.g., copyright).
  2. The Customer acknowledges that any errors in submitted files or order data may result in additional costs, which will be invoiced by Grano.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  1. All print orders are processed and fulfilled exclusively by Grano.
  2. Delivery times, shipping methods, and delivery-related responsibilities are determined by Grano and the Customer’s agreement with Grano.
  3. Builderhead has no responsibility for delays, production errors, or shipment issues.

6. Data Transfer & Privacy

  1. By placing an order, the Customer authorizes Builderhead to transfer necessary order data and files to Grano for the purpose of fulfilling the print request.
  2. Both Builderhead and Grano handle data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data protection agreements.

7. Liability

  1. Builderhead’s liability is strictly limited to the functioning of the Builderhead SaaS platform as described in its general service terms.
  2. Builderhead is not liable for:
    • print quality,
    • production errors,
    • delivery failures or delays,
    • pricing or billing issues,
    • any damages arising from printed materials.
  3. Grano is solely responsible for the production and delivery of printed materials and bears liability within the scope of its service terms and agreements with the Customer.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

  1. Once the order has been transmitted to Grano, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  2. Any modifications must be requested directly from Grano, who will determine feasibility and any associated costs.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the print order in the Builderhead platform, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
