The property services unit of the Federation of Tampere Evangelical Lutheran Parishes chose Builderhead to manage documents related to various property projects. The organization is responsible for the maintenance and development of properties belonging to five different parishes in Tampere.

Before implementing Builderhead, project materials were managed in cloud folders and a previous document management system. However, the previous system was considered cumbersome to use.

Project information is transferred smoothly to property maintenance

Builderhead has been used in both major renovation projects and smaller repair projects. Access rights have been shared with dozens of people without anyone needing guidance on how to use the system.

When a project is completed, the final documents are transferred directly from Builderhead to Granlund Manager for the property maintenance logbook. The complete project documentation is also easy to download and transfer outside Builderhead if needed.
