BRAND toimitilat Oy is a commercial construction company from Pirkanmaa, Finland, with over ten years of experience in building commercial premises. The company’s annual revenue is approximately EUR 30 million.

BRAND toimitilat chose Builderhead to manage its sales pipeline, run projects and serve as a project bank. Before implementing Builderhead, different functions were managed in tools such as Excel. There was no actual project bank in use, or a project bank was purchased separately for each project. Documents were stored in network folders, which made them harder to share with different parties.

Each project has its own clear place where the required documents, tasks and schedules can be found. With Builderhead, designers can update documents in the system themselves, and the necessary access rights can be shared with contractors. In addition, managers and site supervisors can see their own tasks directly in the system.

Builderhead has also helped with onboarding new employees. It makes it possible to define a clear task list and schedule for each employee.
