Metsähallitus’ project development team has begun using Builderhead for its wind power projects. The team’s mission is to develop wind power projects to a ready-to-build stage.
“State-owned lands currently host around 750 megawatts of installed wind power capacity, and more than 6,000 megawatts of new production is under development. Of this, roughly 3,500 megawatts consists of our own projects and joint ventures. Builderhead provides us with an efficient way to track and manage our wind power projects. It also enables us to centralize all project information in one place,” says Ville Koskimäki, Director of Project Development at Metsähallitus.
With Builderhead, organisations can manage their entire project portfolio as well as the tasks, schedules, and documents in one system. Builderhead replaces complex spreadsheets and disconnected project management tools.
“We have developed our services in close cooperation with renewable energy project developers, so it is a great privilege to welcome Metsähallitus as a customer as well. The team has many valuable development ideas, and I believe our collaboration will help make the platform even better,” says Sami Kivensalo from Builderhead.
Builderhead provides a clear overview of project status and highlights any outstanding tasks. Standardized workflows ensure that the company’s best practices are applied consistently across every project.
